The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has taken strong exception to some musicians having recently worked online with Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan despite its circular of non-cooperation with Pakistani artistes, singers and technicians. The Federation has, in a letter dated 12th April, asked all its affiliates to strictly inform all their members to note that the non-cooperation circular is valid and subsisting.
