Producer Sandeep Singh (on the right in picture) has joined hands with Amit B. Wadhwani (left in pic; founder of SAI & Buffering Technologies) to produce a biopic on freedom fighter Veer Savarkar, titled SwatantraVeer Savarkar. The duo announced the film today (May 28) which is Savarkar’s 138th birth anniversary. It is being directed by Mahesh V. Manjrekar (in the centre in photograph). Besides the Andamans and Maharashtra, the film about the controversial freedom fighter will also be shot in London. It is being written by Rishi Virmani and Mahesh V. Manjrekar.
