The Kerala high court on February 7 granted actor Dileep anticipatory bail in the case related to alleged conspiracy to kill the investigating officers in a case of abduction and assault of an actress. Dileep’s brother, P. Sivakumar, and brother-in-law, T.N. Suraj, were also granted bail in the same case. In the judgement, the court said that prima facie, there was nothing to suggest that the accused had committed any act as per the alleged conspiracy.
