RAJHANS OPENS FIRST MULTIPLEX IN MAHARASHTRA | 25 February, 2022

Rajhans opened its first multiplex in Maharashtra today (25th February) with a property in Pune. It has four screens and a total seating capacity of 1,017. Two screens are fitted with Atmos sound system and 2K projection.

Before this, in November 2021, Rajhans opened a four-screen multiplex at Una in Himachal Pradesh. All the four screens are fitted with 7.1 Dolby sound system while two of the four screens have 2K projection. The combined seating capacity of the Una property is 832.

On 19th August last year, Rajhans added two more multiplexes — one in NOIDA and another at Vastral, a suburb of Ahmedabad.

The NOIDA property has five screens with a total seating capacity of 760. Rajhans introduced a recliner auditorium for the first time, in this property. Two auditoria have Atmos sound system while three have 2K screens.

The property at Vastral has six screens. The number of seats is 1,265. All the screens are equipped with 7.1 Dolby sound system. Three auditoria have 2K screens.
