The birthday party hosted by producer-distributor Jayantilal Gada on 1st April at Hotel Sahara Star in Bombay was a grand affair. It was actually a dual celebration. Besides celebrating his birthday (which falls on 31st March), Gada also celebrated the successful all-India release by him of three films — Gangubai Kathiawadi on February 25, RRR on March 25, and Attack on April 1. That is, three films were released by him and Sanjay Chhatar in a matter of 36 days, that too in all-India, except RRR which was released by Gada and Chhatar all over India other than in South Indian circuits.
Besides a number of producers and directors, a host of top stars graced the occasion, underlining the goodwill enjoyed by Jayantilal Gada in the industry. Ranveer Singh dominated the stage for a good 30-45 minutes and even danced with Gada’s guests and Gada himself. Ranveer merrily posed for pictures with the excited guests. Anil Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Satish Kaushik, Javed Akhtar, Subhash Chandra and Punit Goenka were among the other top names of the film industry, who lent glamour to the celebrations with their presence.
Incidentally, Gada and Chhatar will release Jersey all over India on April 14.
