The Punjab and Haryana high court today (June 4) turned down a request by the Punjab government for a probe into the murder of singer Sidhu Moose Wala by a sitting high court judge. The high court has said, it is short of judges and, therefore, cannot spare any judge for the investigation.
Sidhu was murdered by unknown assailants on 29th May in Mansa district of Punjab.
