Karmic Films Pvt. Ltd. has acquired the filming rights to stage-play Charandas Chor. The drama was written by Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan Habib Tanvir. Pre-production work on the film has started. Producers: Suniel Wadhwa and Kundan Judge.
