Hours after Karan Johar made a public announcement through his marketing team that Kshitij Prasad was not employed with his company, Dharma Productions, as was being speculated in the media, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Prasad in the Bollywood drugs case today. Rakul Preet Singh, who was called in for questioning by the NCB, reportedly told the NCB officials that Kshitij and another person, Anubhav Chopra, had been arranging for drugs in the grand party held at Karan Johar’s house last year.
Kshitij’s name also cropped up when Karamjeet Singh, arrested in the same case, said that Kshitij played a role in arranging drugs for celebrities.
