Sufraso Entertainment and Sai Chalchitra’s Problem Toh Hai (UA) is the story of a common man who is facing a lot of problems in life. He prays to God to solve his problems. What God does is to grant him the super power of being able to hear everyone’s inner voice. Does it help?
Ahmed Siddiqie has written a juvenile story which holds scant appeal for the viewers. His screenplay is also so weak that the drama simply doesn’t entertain or even engage the audience. Rather, it serves to bore the viewers with its insipid incidents. Ahmed Siddiqie’s dialogues are terribly dull.
Sunil Sonavane is no hero material whatsoever. He fails to impress with his poor acting. Nikita Pote is dull. Mushtaq Khan lends routine support. Ehsaan Qureshi passes muster. Anupama Prakash, Johny Mansoor, Bhupinder Singh, Deepak Kumar, Umanath Pathak, Mousami, Pooja Datta and Jagdish Vijayvargi barely pass muster.
Vishan Yadav’s direction is miserable. Music (by Rajesh Ghayal and Baba Jagirdar) is poor. Lyrics (Rajesh Ghayal and Ahmed Siddiqie) are nothing to shout about. Sarfaraz Khan and Narendra Chouhan’s choreography is below the mark. Background music is weak. Vishan Yadav and Sher Ali’s cinematography is hardly appealing. Action and stunt scenes (choreographed by Parvez Ahmadabadi) lack thrill. Jayant Chouhan and Amit Kasera’s editing is loose.
On the whole, Problem Toh Hai will spell ‘problem’ for everyone associated with it. Flop.
