Released this week in C.I. (at Ujjain), UV Talkies and United Media Works’ Time To Retaliate Masoom (UA) is a weak fare written (story) and amateurishly directed by Kumaar Aadarsh, with screenplay by Ravneet Kaur. Performances of Alia Khan Dar, Ritesh Raghuvanshi, Vriddhi, Ishaan and Irfan are below-average. Gufy and DJ Bharali’s music is poor. Lyrics (Gufy, Love Kishan and Deepak Agarwal) are commonplace. Shaan and Sunny Singh’s cinematography hardly stands out. Hemant Parab’s editing is loose. On the whole, Time To Retaliate Masoom is a flop show.
