Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions has acquired the stake of Bunty Sajdeh in Dharma Cornerstone Agency and is now the 100% owner of the talent agency. Cornerstone was started by Sajdeh.
After Karan Johar became a partner with Bunty Sajdeh, it came to be known as Dharma Cornerstone. With Dharma Productions now being the cent per cent owner, Dharma Cornerstone Agency will be known as Dharma Collab Artists Agency.
Meanwhile, Cornerstone has joined forces with Prarthana Ajmani’s Armour Entertainment. The new talent agency will be called CXA.
