The Western zone of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is working on turning one coach in the newly-planned privately owned train, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Tejas Express, as a movie coach. This is the first private train and if the plans go through, it will also become the first to have a coach dedicated to film-watching.
The coach to be converted into a cinema will have recliners and a screen. Tejas Express will be launched later this year and will run six days a week.
