Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, who was recently dropped as an accused in the cruise drugs bust case, has moved the special NDPS court seeking his passport back. The passport was deposited with the court when he was granted bail last year in October-end.
The court on Thursday (June 30) directed the Narcotics Control Bureau to submit its reply. The plea will come up for hearing on July 13.
It may be recalled that the NCB dropped charges against six accused, including Aryan Khan, in the chargesheet submitted on May 27, 2022. They were discharged due to “lack of sufficient evidence”.
