The figure soared to Rs. 29 crore on Sunday because of the positive word of mouth. After a first weekend total of Rs. 67.50 crore, collections for the weekdays were as follows: Monday – Rs. 14 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 15 crore, Wednesday (Shivaji Jayanti) – Rs. 20 crore, Thursday – Rs. 11 crore. In this way, the total for the weekdays was Rs. 60 crore. Hence the grand total for the first week was Rs. 127.50 crore. If one were to consider the block bookings and free distribution of tickets, the total for the first weeknd was Rs. 107 crore, and for the weekdays was another Rs. 97 crore. Hence the inflated figure for the first week was Rs. 204 crore. Even without the block bookings, the film is a comfortable earner.
Captain America: Brave New World (dubbed and the original English versions) did fair business in the first week. It netted around Rs. 9.25 crore in the first weekend, and another Rs. 6 crore during the weekdays. Therefore, the first week closed at Rs. 15.25 crore.
Loveyapa is on its way out of the cinemas after a 2-week run. It collected only Rs. 0.85 crore in the second week, taking its grand total for 2 weeks to Rs. 6.75 crore.
Badass Ravi Kumar fared very badly in 2nd week too. It collected only Rs. 0.21 crore in 2nd week. Hence the grand total for 2 weeks was Rs. 6.21 crore.
Deva performed poorly in 3rd week. It netted Rs. 0.40 crore in the third weekend, and another Rs. 0.20 crore during the weekdays. In this way, the third week closed at Rs. 0.60 crore. Grand total for 3 weeks: Rs. 32.40 crore.
Sky Force is in its last lap. It collected Rs. 1.50 crore in the fourth week. Grand total for 4 weeks: Rs. 65 crore.
