Agitated members of the public at PVR, Jamnagar vandalised the cinema this morning (5th December) when the show of Pushpa: The Rule Part 2 (dubbed) did not start at the appointed time. The craze for the film in Jamnagar was no different from the craze in the rest of the country. Hence the first show, scheduled to begin at the odd time of 7 a.m., was housefull. However, when the show did not commence long after 7 o’clock, irate members of the public couldn’t control their emotions and went on a rampage. They destroyed posters and other cinema property.
The police had to be called in to bring the matter under control.
The scene at PVR, Baroda in the morning was no different. The public went berserk when the management could not start the show at 6 a.m. due to technical reasons.
