The Gujarati version of author and filmmaker Abhik Bhanu’s fifth book, Statue Of Mahatma, has been released. The book, about Mahatma Gandhi and how a retired school master is fascinated by the iconic leader to accept the challenge to re-build his dilapidated statue, will also be available in English, Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu. Abhik Bhanu will also make a film based on his book, with Manoj Joshi playing the main protagonist. Shooting will soon be held in Bhavnagar and neighbouring areas.
