Producer Kamal Kishore Mishra (Dehati Disco) was booked recently for trying to run his car over his wife in the parking lot of their building at Andheri West in Bombay after she caught him with a model in the car on October 18. Mishra has gone into hiding.
The woman fell down when the wheel of the car ran over her legs. In her complaint, Kamal Kishore Mishra’s wife alleged that she found her husband with a lady in their car in the housing society’s parking lot. She then confronted him but he tried to run the car over her in a bid to escape. The FIR, which was filed after her complaint, mentions that the incident was captured on CCTV cameras of the building’s parking area.
Mishra was booked for rash driving and endangering life or personal safety, under sections of the Indian Penal Code. He will also be charged with attempt to murder.
