A Delhi court on November 10 reserved its order on the bail plea of Jacqueline Fernandez and asked the Enforcement Directorate why it had not arrested her earlier. “Why did you not find sufficient material to arrest her? Why is there a different yardstick for different people?” asked additional sessions judge Shailendar Malik.
Jacqueline had applied for bail in the money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. She was granted interim bail on September 26.
