A Delhi court on January 25 granted the Enforcement Directorate time to file a response to an application moved by Jacqueline Fernandez to travel to Dubai between January 27 and 30. The court of additional sessions judge Shailender Malik scheduled the next hearing for January 27 and asked the ED to file a response by then.
Jacqueline is being investigated by the ED in a Rs. 200-crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. She moved the application on January 25. In her application, the actress stated that she had received an invitation to perform at a concert in Dubai on January 29.
