Actress Geeta Behl passed away on 1st May in Bombay of COVID-19. She had tested positive for COVID and had to be admitted to the ICU on 26th April. She was put on ventilator on 30th but breathed her last on the night of 1st May.
Before Geeta, her actor-brother, Ravi Behl, and mother had also tested positive. Geeta had acted in several films of the 1980s like Maine Jeena Seekh Liya, Do Premee, Meraa Dost Meraa Dushman, Naya Safar and Zamaane Ko Dikhana Hai. She had also worked in some Punjabi and Gujarati films.
