PREMIERE IN SRINAGAR AFTER 38 YEARS: ‘GROUND ZERO’ SCREENED AMIDST EXCITEMENT | 19 April, 2025

It was a historic moment when Excel Entertainment’s Ground Zero was premiered at PVR Inox multiplex in Srinagar on 18th April. It is after 38 years that a premiere has been held in Kashmir! The excitement at the premiere was palpable not just among the people associated with the film, who had flown from Bombay to be present on the momentous occasion, but also among the film trade persons and locals there.

Emraan Hashmi, Sai Tamhankar, producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, co-producer Arhan Bagati and director Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar were among those from the film’s unit who attended the screening.

Ground Zero is based on a legendary Border Security Force mission and is the story of BSF commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey. The film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment and co-produced by Kassim Jagmagia, Vishal Ramchandani, Sundeep C. Sidhwani, Arhan Bagati, Talisman Films, Abhishek Kumar and Nishikant Roy. It is slated to hit the screens all over on 25th April.
