The Dadar (Bombay) metropolitan court in May ordered actress Arzoo Govitrikar’s husband, Siddharth Sabharwal, to not enter the couple’s house at Worli (in Bombay) till further notice. The husband was also refrained from accosting Arzoo. The actress had alleged on 19th February that he often assaulted her in his drunken stupor. The order was passed ex parte, without hearing Siddharth, as the court relied on CCTV camera pictures showing Arzoo being assaulted.
