PVR-INOX today (28th July) announced the opening of its second multiplex in Rourkela. The five-screen multiplex is located in Plutone Mall. It has a seating capacity of 729. It is equipped with SP4K laser projectors, 3D screens and Dolby 7.1 sound.
With this, the total number of screens in Orissa has gone up to 25 across six properties. The chain has presence in Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack and Rourkela. The screen count in East India is 131 across 34 properties.
