Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu’s Pali Hill bungalow in Bombay will be transformed into a luxurious residential property by 2027. The ground floor will house a museum dedicated to the late thespian’s legacy.
The half-acre plot had been embroiled in legal disputes from 2005 when Dilip Kumar accused a real estate firm of forging documents in order to take over his property. The court battle lasted many years. Saira Banu announced in 2017 that they got back the keys to the property.
