A girl has accused Mithun Chakraborty’s actor-son, Mahaakshay Chakraborty, of rape and coercion. An FIR has been filed at the Oshiwara police station in Bombay against Mahaakshay (Mimoh) and has also named his mother, Yogita Bali. The girl said that she was in a relationship with Mimoh who once spiked her drink in 2015 and had physical relations with her without her consent. She further added that Mimoh promised her marriage but did not keep his promise. In her complaint, she has said that Mimoh continued to have physical relations with her for four years thereafter. Later, when she was pregnant, Mimoh allegedly forced her to abort the child. After her police complaint, the victim said, Yogita Bali threatened her and pressurised her to withdraw the same.
