The Kerala police arrested Malayalam film actor Sreejith Ravi under the POCSO Act on July 7 for allegedly displaying nudity in front of children at Ayyanthole on the outskirts of Thrissur city. The first additional district and sessions judge, P.N. Vinod, later dismissed his bail application and remanded him to judicial custody for 14 days.
The police arrested Sreejith from his residence following complaints from two girls that he flashed them in the car parking area on July 4 and a day earlier too. Based on their complaint, the police located the car using CCTV pictures, and took the actor into custody. There were allegations that Sreejith Ravi, son of actor T.G.
