A constable died after a speeding car hit him late on the night of August 5. The victim was on night duty on highway barricades near the Jhalamand Circle in Jodhpur. He was rushed to the AIIMS Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the car, Mahipal Bishnoi, is a government counsel and is known for representing the Bishnoi community in the black buck poaching case involving Salman Khan.
