Actor Sonu Sood’s wife, Sonali, was injured along with her sister after their car crashed into a truck from behind on the Wardha Road flyover in Nagpur late on March 24. The car was being driven by her sister’s son, Sidharth. The police said, the truck could not be traced as the truck driver had gone away by the time they reached the accident site.
The three were returning from Nagpur airport when a vehicle suddenly changed its lane to avoid ramming a truck ahead, blindsiding Sidharth, who crashed into the truck. The accident damaged the front portion of the car. Sonali and her sister were rushed to a private hospital. Sidharth sustained minor injuries.
