Flamingo Cinemas, the newest addition to the cinema landscape, opened its doors on 16th June at Petlad (district Anand) in Gujarat. The multiplex has three screens with a total seating capacity of 503, including luxurious recliner seating. The cinema has state-of-the-art technology (including 3D screens and 4K projection technology) and topnotch amenities. It is fitted with Dolby Surround Sound and Foreby Digital 7.1.
Flamingo Cinemas is strategically located to cater to a substantial audience of approximately 5-7 lakh people residing within a 15-20 km. radius. It offers parking space for 300 cars.
The new cinema chain has ambitious plans for expansion. With 12 additional screens set to be launched across Gujarat, the theatre chain aims to bridge the gap in areas where the nearest cinema is over 25 kms. away.
Flamingo Cinemas is the baby of Jay Jayesh Panchal, who is the Chief Executive Officer, and Prashant Pal, the Chief Marketing Officer.
