Actor and model Ardhendu Bose passed away on 7th August at his residence in Bombay following heart attack. He had acted in films like Mera Yaar Mera Dushman, Kaun? Kaise?, Vishkanya, Aakhari Baazi, Cobra and Shingora. Although he worked in several films, he was best known for his Bombay Dyeing advertisement iflms.
Ardhendu was the nephew of popular freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
