Ravi Kottarakara was unanimously elected president of the Film Federation of India at the first meeting of the newly-elected executive committee held on 19th November in Bombay. T.P. Aggarwal, Nitin N. Datar, Sakshi Mehra, Firdausul Hasan, Meghraj Rajebhosale, Abhay Kumar Sinha, G. Suresh Kumar, M.K. Sundar Rajan, T.S. Ramprasad and Sathyajyothi were elected vice presidents. C. Kalyan and Dharmindra Mehra were elected hon. general secretaries while Sangram Shirke was elected hon. treasurer. The new office-bearers will assume office from January 1, 2023 and will hold office till December 31, 2024.
Ravi Kottarakara proposed the names of C. Kalyan and T.P. Aggarwal as chief patrons of the FFI. All the members agreed.
