Actress Sherlyn Chopra, summoned by the crime branch of Bombay police, which is probing a pornography case, appeared before police on 6th August and recorded her statement. She had failed to appear last month and had said that she would move court prior to appearing before the crime branch.
Sherlyn, whose anticipatory bail application was rejected by the sessions court last week, went to the property cell office at Byculla in Bombay. The police recorded her statement after new facts came to light following the arrest of Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra, and his IT head, Ryan Thorpe.
