Shooting of Kamali, a television serial for Zee Kannada, started in Bangalore today (29th May). The Karnataka government was among the first state governments to allow film and TV production units to commence shooting post-lockdown.
Social distancing norms were followed on the set. So far, the government has permitted only indoor shooting. Artistes had to apply their own make-up as the unit was making do with minimum unit members. The script was changed to exclude scenes showing actors touching one another. Scenes of hugging etc. had to be rewritten.
