The Cine and Television Artistes’ Association and the Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association are offering financial aid to those members who are in dire financial straits during the lockdown days. The CINTAA has asked the needy members to fill up a form online and submit the same to it so that money can be deposited into their accounts.
The IMPPA Welfare Trust has also asked producer-members of the IMPPA, in need of financial aid, to fill up a form with their bank details so that the Trust can deposit Rs. 3,000 for ration and essentials into the bank accounts of such IMPPA members.
The Indian Performing Right Society (IPRS) has asked music composers and song writers who need financial assistance, to contact it. The IPRS has been depositing money into the bank accounts of music directors and lyricists who need it during the lockdown days but since they do not have the bank account details of all their members, it has asked the needy members to provide them the said bank details.
