Collections for the weekdays were: Monday – Rs. 6.25 crore, Tuesday – Rs. 6 crore, Wednesday – Rs. 5.75 crore, Thursday – Rs. 5.50 crore. Hence the total for the weekdays was Rs. 23.50 crore. In this way, the first 8-day week closed at Rs. 92 crore.
The Bhootnii fared poorly in 1st week. After a dull start on Thursday (Rs. 0.60 crore), the film netted only Rs. 2.60 crore in the 3-day weekend. Hence the first 4-day weekend closed at Rs. 3.20 crore. The total for the weekdays was only Rs. 1 crore. In this way, the total for the 8-day week was Rs. 4.20 crore.
