An NY Cinemas multiplex will shortly open in Guwahati in Roodraksh Mall. It has been designed keeping in mind the Assamese culture and tradition. The cinema will boast of a 56-feet wide screen and Dolby Atmos sound. It will also have a Mocktail bar, a live kitchen, a 12 ft. video wall in the lobby, multiple selfie points and a 360 degree photo booth.
This multiplex will mark NY Cinemas’ entry in the North-East. NY Cinemas, promoted by Ajay Devgan, currently has presence in 12 cities with almost 50 screens. It plans to add around 30 screens this year.
