Following the death of a techie in Madras, political parties and film producers there have decided to shun flex boards for marketing. It is being claimed that the huge flex boards divert public attention by distracting drivers on the road, leading to accidents and deaths.
The recent death of a techie, R. Subashree, prompted Ramesh Pisharody, the producer-director of Malayalam Ganagandharvan, to do away with flex boards to market his film. The film is slated to hit the screens next week.
