Shweta, daughter of producer-director B. Subhash, passed away on 22nd July around 1 a.m. at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Bombay after a brief illness. She had a fall at her home on 19th July. Soon after the fall, her legs got paralysed. She was rushed to the hospital where the doctors said that a clot had developed in her spine at such a spot that the flow of blood to the organs of the body was getting hampered. She lost her battle for life almost three days later. She was 48.
B. Subhash lost his wife a little less than a year ago.
