Rishi Kapoor has asked the government to keep the licensed liquor shops open for some time in the evening everyday during the nationwide lockdown. He explained on Twitter that when people are supposed to stay home for days on end, many might want to consume alcohol to fight depression. He has added that liquor is available in the black market as it is, so why not at licensed shops which should be allowed to remain open for some time everyday.
