Priyanka Chopra, who was heavily criticised by Pakistan for supporting the Indian armed forces, was on 22nd August given a clean chit by the UNICEF. In view of her comments when India and Pakistan can’t see eye to eye, Pakistan demanded her ouster as UNICEF’s goodwill ambassador. However, the UNICEF spokesperson said, Priyanka retained the right to speak in her personal capacity on issues concerning her.
